Job Description :

  • Work within client relationships to champion initiatives that drive marketing decisions across digital channels with respect to vernacular.
  • Keep senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances.
  • Ensure client-delight by way of efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Establish periodic review and feedback mechanisms with clients.
  • Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans, share strategic roadmaps.
  • Handle and ensure account growth via upselling and cross-selling multiple facets of vernacular services.
  • Undertake process improvement initiatives. Facilitate the development of best practices to improve account management effectiveness within the team and the group.
  • Leverage syndicated digital and industry research to benchmark trends and/or manage expectations of forecasted trends.
  • Team Management and handle grievances.
  • Ensure a conducive working environment and motivation levels of the team.
  • Actively contribute to the agency leadership in terms of agency’s vision and be seen as a leader.
  • Answer to daily query by Language Ambassadors within stipulated time period and follow through with all team members in ensuring all these are addressed.
  • Update all weekly requirements from the client, such as updates on - processes are being sent out, capacity are done, weekly word count documents, weekly highlights / lowlights are identified by each reviewer and discussed internally with them, also reported to LEM.

Candidate Profile:

Job Description

Delivery Management:

  • Manage workload and capacity of individual team members
  • Analyse daily work pipeline to ensure that delivery is aligned and on time
  • Ensure processes are followed through
  • Ensure OTD is achieved with minimal extension requests
  • Flag deterrents to delivery to concerned stakeholders in time

Time Management / Time Spent:

  • Track time investment by the team. Be able to analyse and identify where time is being invested and where where it can be utilised more efficiently.
  • Keep a track on number of times the reviewer has made extension requests to complete the project.
  • Track how often things need to be redone during the project. This is the number of times the reviewer has to redo and rework on the translated work.
  • Be able to identify process needs to optimise time and make the larger process smoother.

Project Management:

  • Identify the challenges in the process and discuss the same with the Vice President before it is escalated by the client.
  • Ensure smooth relationship between Magnon & stakeholders at the concerned client’s L10N ecosystem including direct stakeholders or otherwise.
  • Monitor and control project status.
  • Answer to daily query by Language Ambassadors within stipulated time period and follow through with all team members in ensuring all these are addressed.
  • Keep the Business Head (Vice President) informed about all day to day activities on the account.
  • Ensure DAR is filled by each team member on a timely basis.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are followed through.

Work & Resource Allocation:

  • Day to day work and resource allocation on multiple projects.
  • Take care of adhoc requests from the client and align it to the team members according to Reviewers bandwidth.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with freelance reviewers and get in touch with them in case of excessive workload.
  • Use of GLB to ensure all processes are followed through.

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports for Vendor Monthly Business Review & Quarterly Business Review.
  • Prepare presentations for bi-weekly calls with the client.
  • Ensure all Quality Call documents are updated including examples on readability and otherwise.
  • Update all weekly requirements from the client such as updates on processes are being sent out, updates on capacity are done, weekly word count documents are updated, Weekly Highlights / Lowlights are identified by each reviewer and discussed internally with them, also reported to LEM.

Training:

  • Ensure all new onboards are trained as per the training plan.
  • Coordinate through the HR team to help identify the training need for each individual.
  • Speak with the client and arrange for the same, in case this training can not be imparted internally.

Miscellaneous:

  • Monitor attendance of the team members and maintain it online through the GLB.
  • Assist with seat allocation, onboarding and settling of the new onboards.
